Welcome to ActionChidi.com (“Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in all services provided through this website, including but not limited to the Origin Vibes Networking Events, Membership Offers, and all affiliated transactions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Website or purchasing any product, membership, or event ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Services Offered
ActionChidi.com facilitates:
Membership to a professional business circle curated by Chidi Durugo
Ticket sales for monthly networking events
Add-on promotional services such as business table features and host introductions
Pre-event onboarding and post-event communications
3. Pricing & Payment
Membership: $100 annually
Event Ticket: $150 or as may be published by actionchidi.com per event
Combo Package: $240 (Membership + One Event)
Add-Ons: $1,000 for Business Table, $50 for Host Introduction
All payments are securely processed through Stripe or Paystack.
All fees are non-refundable, except where mandated by law. Seat availability is limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Member Conduct
By attending our events, you agree to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respect for other attendees. Harassment, aggressive promotion, or unethical solicitation may result in removal from the event and termination of membership without refund.
5. Event Changes or Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure. In such cases, affected participants may be offered credits or alternative dates.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on ActionChidi.com, including event materials, designs, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ActionChidi.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without explicit permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
ActionChidi.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or attendance at any events.
8. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the United States (for U.S.-based operations), without regard to conflict of law principles.
